Frequently asked questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Where you manage your subscription depends on where you bought it:

  • iPhone / iPad: Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Repertoirely.
  • Android: Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and choose Repertoirely.
  • Mac / Windows: Open the Settings screen in the app and tap Manage in the Account / Subscription section.

You can also open Manage Subscription from the Settings screen inside the app, which takes you to the right place for your platform.

How do I restore a purchase?

Sign in with the same account you used to subscribe, and your access will be recognized automatically. On iPhone, iPad, and Android, you can also use the Restore Purchases option on the subscription screen. If your subscription still isn't recognized, email us and we'll sort it out.

What plans are available?

  • Monthly — a simple monthly subscription.
  • Annual — includes a 7-day free trial and saves versus paying monthly.
  • Lifetime — a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases on iPhone and iPad are handled through your Apple Account, on Android through Google Play, and on Mac and Windows through our website. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

How do I back up or restore my data?

Your repertoire, practice sessions, and notes are stored locally on your device. Repertoirely offers an optional Backup & Restore feature in the app's Settings screen, under the Backup & Restore section, where you can manage your backup and restore process. Backups can be saved to and restored from anywhere your operating system's file picker allows — not just limited to iCloud or Google Drive.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen inside the app. This permanently removes your login credentials and account information from our servers. Data stored locally on your device, and any backups you've made to iCloud or Google Drive, must be removed separately. If a subscription was purchased through the App Store or Google Play, remember to cancel it in the store — deleting your account does not automatically cancel a store-managed subscription.

The app isn't working as expected. What should I do?

First, make sure you're on the latest version of the app and that your device software is up to date. If the problem continues, email [email protected] with a description of what happened, the steps that led to it, and your device and app version. Screenshots are always welcome.
